Brownie with MULATE white chocolate and coconut spread

A perfect chocolate brownie, with an unexpected flavor from MULATE white chocolate and coconut cream!
You will need:

170 g flour

190 g butter
-
150 g sugar

3 eggs

2 tbsp cocoa powder
-
A pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Break the chocolate into pieces and cut the butter. Melt them in a double boiler or in a bowl placed over a pot of boiling water (be careful not to get water into the mixture).

Pour the melted mixture into a larger bowl. Add the sugar and mix well.

Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.

Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix well until there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spread the white chocolate spread on top, swirl it with a wooden stick, and bake for 35 minutes.

Once baked, let it cool and enjoy.
