RETURNS POLICY

  • RETURN TERMS:

    1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days by notifying the seller. The right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods is not valid for the Buyer if one of the contracts listed in paragraph 2 of Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code was concluded, and specifically the right to withdraw from the contract is not valid:       - contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  - contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; 
    2. The Buyer informs the Seller about the cancellation of the sales contract by completing the e-mail. application form. Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Seller shall immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the notification.
    3. We do not exchange or accept returns on quality items.
    4. During transport, chocolate can sometimes break or turn white, but this does not mean that the product is of poor quality.
    5. If you have purchased a poor-quality product in our store, we can replace it or return the money paid for the product. Before this, but no later than 14 days after the delivery of the goods, the buyer must send a letter by e-mail. to the e-mail address choco@chocostore.eu, which should include: the buyer's name, order number and a detailed description of the defects found. After receiving this data, we will contact you immediately and finalize all questions.
    6. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and according to the specified package, all components must be preserved.
